Bryan Baldwin attributes his strong work ethic and construction background to his father, Edward Baldwin, who had a lengthy background of plastering and acoustics of Chicago, Illinois. His father instilled the values and principles of hard work at an early age Bryan working for the family company, Baldwin Acoustics of Tucson. Bryan moved from Arizona to California in 1980 and joined the carpenter local 316. Here he mastered his trade and met his wife, Tammy.
Tammy also began working at a young age, alongside her mother, Carole Bailey Darragh, who was an accountant in oil and gas in the Oklahoma City area. While working as a college administrator, Tammy obtained her degree in Business Administration from a Columbia College satellite campus located in San Francisco, California.
Struggling to raise a family with high cost of living and fast-paced life of the Bay Area, the couple began looking for a place to relocate. A visit home for Christmas in 1993 prompted the family to relocate to Oklahoma starting the Baldwin journey.
Having years of experience in the trade, Bryan reached out to many of the states outstanding General contractors, building relationships based on trust and respect.
Their reputation grew due to their ability to provide quality consciousness, expert installation, and perfect timing throughout all phases of their projects. The consistent use of top-quality materials and meticulous attention to the smallest details ensured outstanding, long-lasting results.
As the leading acoustical ceiling specialists in the state, BALDWIN ACOUSTICS AND DRYWALL INC has grown tremendously over the past 25 years. The company now requires over 75 employees to keep up with demand, but the owners stay consistent in their goal to provide quality employment. Our projects range from retail / tenant finish renovations and ground up new construction to major projects such as Boeing. Bryan, Tammy, and their team have been instrumental in building Oklahoma.
